Configure Business Objects to Upload Reports to SharePoint
There are 3 things that need to happen in order to enable Business Objects to upload reports to SharePoint from a reports schedule process.
1) Enable WebDAV on all SharePoint servers in the farm.
2) Enable Windows WebClient service on Business Objects Servers. To enable this service on a Windows Server go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services. This service is disabled by default on Windows Servers.
3) Grant contribute access to SharePoint for the Business Objects Service Account. This is the service account that is running the Business Objects services.
With these 3 elements configured your Business Objects servers will now be able to upload reports to SharePoint as part of the Reports Schedule process. You can tell Business Objects to use the UNC path of your SharePoint document library, such as
\\sharepoint\site\Reports.
